Returns/ Refunds & Exchanges

 

 

At DI HOME we understand not all purchases online may suit your needs. We are happy to accept all returns and refunds of unused items still in their original packaging, labels intact & in a resalable condition. Once items are returned, options are available to receive a gift voucher or a refund. Please note DI Home is not liable for any products that are lost or damaged in transit. Change of Mind

 

 

We accept any returns within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at info@decorinnovation.com.au to notify us of the return within 7 business days of receiving the goods. Goods must be unopened in their original packaging, labels intact & in a resalable condition. Customers are responsible for ensuring products arrive undamaged and are also responsible for any return shipping costs. A $9.95 restocking fee applies for change of mind returns and will be deducted from the refund. 

 

 

Product Exchange

 

 

We don't exchange products. Instead, we are able to accept your returns for a store voucher which can be redeemed at any time. 

 

 

Unclaimed Packages

 

 

We will attempt to contact the customer twice for packages returned to us from our shipping carriers as unclaimed or undeliverable. A shipping fee of $9.95 will be charged if the packaging is re-directed or re-sent to the customer. 

 

 

Lost Package

 

 

We rely on our carriers to deliver products to your doorstep. If your order is undelivered or lost please contact our customer care team at info@decorinnovation.com.au to track and locate the package. If we are unable to locate the package we will resend a replacement product within 14 business days.  

 

 

Damaged Product on Arrival

 

 

On the rare occasion, packages may be damaged upon arrival. If this happens, please contact us at info@decorinnovation.com.au within 7 days of receiving the package and provide clear photographs and details of the damages and we will contact the carrier. This is all we need. Our customer care team will respond and resolve the issue.

 

 

Incorrect Order Received

 

 

We are human and can make mistakes on the rare occasion. We will sort this out immediately. Please contact us at info@decorinnovation.com.au and return the order in the original packaging for a full refund. Please ensure a copy of your shipping receipt is provided with your email.
